How do mainlanders become Hong Kong police?
To become an inspector or police officer of the Hong Kong Police Force, you must meet the following requirements.
You must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and have lived in Hong Kong for seven years or more.
Grade 2 or above in China Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent.
Can read and write Chinese and speak fluent Cantonese.
You must have a good physique, because you must pass the physical fitness test in the selection process. Male candidates are at least1.63m tall and weigh 50kg.. Female candidates are at least1.52m tall and weigh 42kg.. You must have good eyesight and pass the preliminary eyesight test without wearing corrective tools.
