Hainan's College Entrance Examination Policy for Migrant Children

1. I and my legal guardian have been registered in Hainan Province for more than 3 years, have a fixed residence and a high school status recognized by the Hainan Provincial Department of Education, and have completed the required years of study in Hainan High School.

2. Persons who borrowed from schools outside Hainan Province in the high school stage (hereinafter referred to as "students who borrowed from other provinces"), themselves and their legal guardians have been registered in Hainan Province for more than 3 years (including 3 years, counting from 3 1 2065438), have a fixed residence, graduated from schools in Hainan Province in primary school or junior high school, and obtained high school status by taking the entrance examination for secondary schools in Hainan Province.

3. I have a permanent residence in Hainan Province, and my legal guardian is the imported talents confirmed by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hainan Province (hereinafter referred to as "the children of imported talents").

4. I have a permanent residence in Hainan Province, and my legal guardian is an active serviceman stationed in Qionglai (hereinafter referred to as "the children of active serviceman stationed in Qionglai") confirmed by the Political Department of a unit at or above the deputy corps level.
