What is the level of Chinese in Indonesia?

If they have just immigrated, they must be very familiar with Chinese. If their generations have emigrated, and their parents and grandparents even immigrated to Indonesia, their Chinese level is obviously not so good. Because Chinese is really the most difficult language to learn in the world, and there is no such big environment, they can simply understand some daily communication terms, but they are not necessarily particularly good at it.
