What special circumstances can't transfer to agriculture?

To apply for non-agricultural conversion, the following eight conditions must be met at the same time.

1. 1995 and later graduated, and has never been formally employed by state organs, institutions or state-owned enterprises (including state-owned holding enterprises);

2 did not enjoy affordable housing, housing reform, housing subsidies;

3. Admitted to colleges and universities and moved out of agricultural registered permanent residence (including agricultural registered permanent residence, Jingning County, and now parents immigrate to the rural areas of our city);

4. When applying for a "non-agricultural" account, the account is in this city;

5. I have a living foundation in the rural areas where I have settled down and actually lived;

6 graduates' personal files have been kept in the talent market of this municipality;

7. The village (neighborhood) committee where the immigrant is located agrees to accept it;

8. The local township people's government (street office) agreed to accept it.
