Personally, I think there are two reasons. One is that Chinese civilization was not interrupted in these two dynasties, and the other is that these two dynasties were later assimilated.

0 1, Chinese civilization has never been interrupted in these two dynasties. In fact, the Yuan Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty were resisted by many people in the Central Plains at the beginning of the dynasty, but this resistance gradually dissipated. Especially from the current point of view, the Yuan Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty are already two of all dynasties in China, and they also occupy a very important part in Chinese civilization.

One of the reasons why the Yuan Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty were accepted was that although they were foreign regimes, the Yuan Dynasty came from Mongolia and the Qing Dynasty came from the northern nomadic Jin Dynasty, these two dynasties did not break Chinese civilization.

When the Yuan Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty first came to the Central Plains, they did suppress or destroy some cultures of the previous dynasties, and some historical books or things were destroyed once. But judging from the results, they didn't do everything at first, just to consolidate the regime.

Of course, I'm not saying this to excuse them. Personally, there were two reasons why they didn't do everything at that time. First, for them at that time, Chinese civilization had a lot to learn, and they had to rely on those things to make progress and development.

Second, alias civilization has a long history, and it has already penetrated into the bone marrow of Central Plains people or China people. If they really do everything, it will be useless to their rule, and there may be complications. Of course, in my personal eyes, a civilization with a long history is not so easy to be destroyed.

Therefore, there was no fracture phenomenon of Chinese civilization during the Yuan and Qing Dynasties. A civilization is not broken, so the country in it is naturally one of the civilized countries.

02. Later it was gradually assimilated. When the Yuan Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty first came to the Central Plains, their habits were very different from those of the Central Plains people or the Han people, but in the end, whether it was the Yuan Dynasty or the Qing Dynasty, their habits were actually no different from those of the Central Plains people.

One of the reasons is assimilation. People are easy to get along with. Generally speaking, more people can change each other. This change is usually subtle, turning each other into their own "same kind", that is, assimilation. At that time, the number of people in the Central Plains was superfluous to these foreign regimes.

Secondly, it may be caused by the environment. At that time, these foreign regimes lived a grazing life because of environmental reasons, but the environment in the Central Plains and Mongolia was different from that in the northernmost part, and nomadic life was obviously unsuitable, which was also one of the reasons for the change.

In addition to habitual assimilation, it is also the assimilation of culture or customs. As mentioned above, our Chinese culture has a long history and there are many things worth learning. After studying for a long time, this concept will be gradually affected. Over time, this concept will inevitably be completely changed and the concept will be assimilated. In fact, these people are also from the Central Plains.

There is another reason, whether it is the Yuan Dynasty or the Qing Dynasty, from the current map, it belongs to our land in China, so it does not belong to foreign regimes in essence.
