Go to the family doctor. If you come here to visit relatives and don’t have a local medical card, ask if you can see a doctor. It's just a matter of paying money and having the family doctor look at 50. I'm not sure what's going on after 50. If it's not a bone, but it's a muscle, just go to any physical therapy and massage place. Are you really that serious and need to go to the hospital? If you go, you'll probably be called to the police, unless you use someone else's medical card or something. Try borrowing it. Is there anyone who looks similar to you? Or try to see if the doctor in Chinatown can be easier to talk to. It's just a matter of paying more.

To be honest, this kind of thing is really difficult to handle.
