2. Information required for U.S. business visa application:

Personal identification information

1. Passport

An original five-year private passport valid for more than 6 months. Applicants who want to renew their passports need to provide the old passport. If the old passport is lost, a loss certificate issued by the Public Security Bureau is required.

2. One 51mm×51mm square color photo with a white background and an electronic version.

3. ID card

A copy of the front and back of the ID card.

4. Household Registration Book

A copy of the household registration book for the whole family.

5. Family photos (optional)

Applicants are recommended to provide family photos.

6. Photos of famous foreign attractions (optional)

Applicants are recommended to provide photos of famous foreign attractions.

3. Asset certificate information

One or more of the following valid asset certificates, the amount is recommended to exceed RMB 50,000.

1. The current passbook statement (optional) must be opened six months ago, with multiple records of fund transactions and a balance of more than 50,000 yuan.

2. Time deposit certificate (optional)

The account must be opened six months ago, and the balance must exceed RMB 50,000.

3. Bank statement (optional)

The account needs to be opened six months ago, with multiple records of fund transactions and a balance of more than 50,000 yuan.

The U.S. Embassy has no fixed requirements for applicants’ asset documents. It is recommended that applicants provide as many asset certification documents as possible to increase the visa approval rate.

IV. Work certification materials

1. Business license/organization code certificate

Copy of business license or organization code certificate of enterprises and institutions (need to be stamped with company red seal).

2. Employment certificate

It must be printed on the company’s official letterhead paper. The format and content must be in Chinese and English and meet the requirements of the embassy. It must be stamped with the company’s red official seal and approved by the superior. The leader signs and confirms.

3. Company Profile

Applicants are recommended to provide the original company profile printed in color.

4. Invitation letter

The email printout or original letter must indicate the name of the inviter, relationship with the invitee, purpose of invitation, date of visit, payment of fees and other information.

5. Inviter’s information

1) A copy of the first page of the inviter’s passport.

2) A copy of the inviting person’s valid visa to stay in the United States.

3) A copy of the inviting person’s proof of studying in the United States or proof of employment.

VI. Supplementary information for students and children

1. School leave approval letter

If the applicant is a student, a school leave approval letter issued by the school and attached Stamp the school seal.

2. Notarized certificate of kinship

Applicants who are under the age of 18 must issue a notarized certificate of kinship at the notary office.

3. Authorization notarization

For students/children under the age of 18, if they are led out of the country by relatives or non-legal guardians, both legal guardians need to apply for authorization notarization at the notary office. Book.

4. Birth certificate

5. Student ID card
