2. Information required for U.S. business visa application:
Personal identification information
1. Passport
An original five-year private passport valid for more than 6 months. Applicants who want to renew their passports need to provide the old passport. If the old passport is lost, a loss certificate issued by the Public Security Bureau is required.
2. One 51mm×51mm square color photo with a white background and an electronic version.
3. ID card
A copy of the front and back of the ID card.
4. Household Registration Book

3. Asset certificate information
One or more of the following valid asset certificates, the amount is recommended to exceed RMB 50,000.

IV. Work certification materials
1. Business license/organization code certificate

2. Employment certificate

3. Company Profile
Applicants are recommended to provide the original company profile printed in color.
4. Invitation letter
The email printout or original letter must indicate the name of the inviter, relationship with the invitee, purpose of invitation, date of visit, payment of fees and other information.
5. Inviter’s information
1) A copy of the first page of the inviter’s passport.
2) A copy of the inviting person’s valid visa to stay in the United States.
3) A copy of the inviting person’s proof of studying in the United States or proof of employment.

VI. Supplementary information for students and children
1. School leave approval letter

2. Notarized certificate of kinship
Applicants who are under the age of 18 must issue a notarized certificate of kinship at the notary office.
3. Authorization notarization
