CICA has permanent members: China and Russian. Its member countries are: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan (the above are the founding members), Thailand (joined in 2004), South Korea (joined in 2006), Jordan (joined in 2008) and United Arab Emirates. Vietnam (joined on 20 10), Iraq (joined on 20 10), Bahrain (joined on 20 10), Cambodia (joined on 2010), Qatar (20/kloc-0 [ 1] [2]
