The Historical Evolution of Zhaojiadui in Kunming

Zhaojiacun belongs to temperate continental monsoon climate, with moderate temperature, rain and heat in the same period, cold and dry in winter, dry and windy in spring, low temperature and insufficient heat, alternating drought and flood in summer, cool and humid in autumn and rapid cooling. According to legend, Zhao Fu, a descendant of Boyi, is a driving doctor in Zhou Muwang. Because of his meritorious service in pacifying Rebecca, he was sealed in Zhao Cheng (now north of Hongdong County, Shanxi Province). At the end of the Song Dynasty, Jin and the Mongols invaded and forced them to move south. After the Yuan Dynasty unified China, the southward migration eased slightly, but the population of the Central Plains was still in a state of dense in the south and sparse in the north. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, large-scale immigration activities were carried out. At this time, a small branch of the Zhao family moved from Shanxi to Zhaojiatun Zhuanggou, the original township of Sanshui County, and dug caves to live. They went through hardships and reclaimed wasteland until the population increased in the late Qing Dynasty, and they moved from the ditch to the ground several times, and "Zhaojiatun Village" became the official village name. The people's commune until 1958 was named "Zhao Brigade" for simplicity. 1983 was renamed as "Zhaojiatunzhuang Brigade". 1In June, 984, the government separated from social organizations and established the "Zhaojiatunzhuang Village Committee" on the basis of the original "Zhaojiatunzhuang Brigade" and renamed it "Zhaojiatunzhuang". It was renamed "Zhaojiacun" after 1990s. Around 1970s, there were many people raising animals in Zhao Jia village. Usually, animals are used to pull dung, soil, wood, grain and agricultural products on the frame of cattle, and engage in sideline business during the slack season. It was once called "Donkey Village" by surrounding villages and towns. Since 1980s, it has taken the lead in developing and planting apples in the county, and is the leader of getting rich in apples in Xunyi County. 1990 was comprehensively evaluated as "the first high-quality apple base in Shaanxi Province", and 1995 was the first high-quality apple demonstration park in Shaanxi Province.
