In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the competition, according to the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, traffic control measures will be taken in different periods during the competition. The notice is as follows:

1. Competition time and route:165438+17:00 on October 2nd, the starting points of Lotte Avenue and Sanxian Road are westbound-northbound in Wei Qing Road-eastbound in Weihe levee-crossing the new 3 10 national highway-southbound in Hedong levee.

165438+1From 7:00 to 10:00 on October 3rd, the starting points of Letian Street and Sanxian Road are westbound-northbound in Wei Qing Road-eastbound in Weihe levee-to Huazhou and Huayin.

Traffic control measures (1) The section from Wei Qing Road to Cangcheng of Lotte Avenue, the section from the mouth of Fuwei Bridge to the south embankment of Weihe River, the section from Binhe Avenue to Hedong embankment, and the section from Minsheng Street to the embankment are completely closed, and all vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing.

(2) From the south exit of Weifuqiao on Wei Qing Road to the east half of Lotte Street, and from Cangcheng Road on Lotte Street to the north half of Minsheng Street, all vehicles and pedestrians are completely closed.

(3) The intersection of Cangcheng Road in Lotte Street and Minsheng Street is closed, and vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing north and south.

(4) Newly-built 3 10 National Highway and _ Hedong Dike, T-shaped Wei Qing Road, T-shaped Wei Qing Road and Weihe Street are closed to all vehicles and pedestrians. All the intersections leading to Weihe levee are closed.

(5) During the competition, vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the area south of Lotte Street through Weipu Bridge and Sand King Bridge.

4. Vehicle detour route (1) Vehicles entering the urban area from Weinan North, bypass Weinan North Expressway, enter Weipu Expressway, and exit from Weinan West Expressway.

(2) Vehicles heading for Weinan North in the urban area uniformly bypass Weinan West Expressway and leave from Weinan North Expressway.

(3) Westbound vehicles of National Highway 3 10 enter Lianhuo Expressway from Huaxian West Expressway to bypass.

(4) Motor vehicles in the areas east of Wei Qing Road, north of Lotte Street and west of Hedong Dike can cross Wang Sha Bridge.

(5) Vehicles and pedestrians entering and leaving Weinan High-speed Railway North Station can bypass Fu Dawei Bridge to enter and leave Sand King Bridge.
