Why don't some game masterpieces support Chinese?

On Steam, you may often see comments like this: We need people from China, and we need people from China.

Many games are of good quality, but not China's, such as the quality effect of space RPG masterpiece: Legendary Edition, and Bethesda's magic online game OL.

In fact, there are two situations. First of all, the game only supports traditional Chinese, not simplified Chinese, such as Radiation 4, The Elder Scrolls 5: Sky Special Edition and Black Desert. Another is that there are no China people at all.

Even if the player's English is good, he can take CET-4 and CET-6 at will, but in the face of some complicated games, especially RPG which pays attention to the plot, there will inevitably be problems in understanding. Take the quality effect series as an example. It has many technical terms, all related to alien civilization. You can't do anything without looking at the translator. Imagine if Wizard 3 didn't have Chinese, would we still be in the play like this?

One possibility is that game developers are worried about piracy, so they don't launch Chinese. So, there are two situations. Most of the developers' games don't support Chinese, such as Bioware. Developers do not support simplified Chinese for individual games, such as Bethesda.

In fact, if it's piracy, even if the developers don't do the Chinese version, there are Chinese groups among the people, so it's better to do it officially. What's more, there are tens of millions of domestic players of Steam now, and these people should all support genuine products. Therefore, it is reasonable for developers to launch the Chinese version, which is also in line with their wallets.
