Canadian visa procedures for visiting relatives

The bill of materials is:

1. Each applicant should provide:

1. Two copies of "Application Form for Temporary Residence Visa" filled out in English or French, signed and dated. Every form must be signed by yourself. Note: Please fill in the telephone number and fax number of your employer in the column 10 of the form.

2. A "Family Information Form/Education and Employment Information Form" filled in Chinese and English or Chinese and French, signed and dated. Every form must be signed by yourself.

3. Four passport-sized photos (in color or black and white) taken in the last six months, and clearly indicate the applicant's name and date of birth in Chinese Pinyin on the back of each photo (in the order of "day/month/year").

4. The original passport or travel document must have at least one blank page and be valid for at least one month after you plan to leave Canada.

Put up two stickers with your mailing address, and fill in your name, address and postal code in Chinese.

6. The exact amount of the application fee. Please note that applicants holding diplomatic or official passports do not need to pay, but those holding ordinary or private business passports do. Please refer to the "charging standard" on the back for details of the application fee.

The inviter shall provide:

An invitation letter explaining the purpose of the visit;

List of family members of the inviter;

Citizenship or immigration status of the notarized inviter

Original or public certificate of the following documents:

(a) Canada Customs and Excise Department (Canada

Tax payment certificate;

B) Explain the income of the inviter and his/her spouse.

Applicants are also required to provide:

The leave letter issued by the employer must indicate your employer's name and address in Chinese.

Bank certificate reflecting the current deposit status.

The above are official requirements, but it is best to provide proof of the relationship between the applicant and the inviter when applying, such as a notarial certificate of father-son relationship, a notarial certificate of mother-child relationship, or a birth certificate indicating the kinship between the two parties.

The materials should convince the visa officer that the applicant has sufficient reasons to return to China after the trip, that is, to prove that the applicant has no tendency to immigrate or stay. This is mainly through the property certificate of the applicant in China. If the applicant has a job in China, provide the employer's leave letter. If the applicant has real estate, it is best to provide real estate license as good evidence that he has no immigration tendency.

The invitation letter should indicate who will bear the travel expenses and provide corresponding property certificates. And explain why the other party wants to come to Canada, such as bringing children. It's best to write emotionally and write down the travel plan at the same time. Signature of the inviter is required and written in English.

If the inviter can't speak English, the applicant can help fill out the form and send it back, just need the applicant's signature.

After the materials are fully prepared, there are two options for submission: mailing and direct submission to the embassy. Generally, you can submit it directly to the embassy without submitting it yourself. You can ask your relatives and friends for help and get the results on the same day. The mail will be processed in about 3 weeks. After the visa application is submitted, there is no guarantee that you will get a visa. Even if you don't get a visa, the application fee will not be refunded. It is said that there are certain requirements for the signing rate.
