The certificate of no criminal record is a certificate issued by the state public security organ to prove that residents have no criminal facts.

No criminal record can prove that you are a good citizen, which is mostly used by China people to go to school, apply for a job, leave the country, and some enterprises to recruit. This kind of evidence can be used not only professionally, but also in court trial activities.

For residents who leave the country or emigrate, many countries stipulate that they need to provide proof of no criminal record and notarize it. People who go abroad and immigrate can issue certificates to the police station where the household registration is located.

Second, laws, regulations and rules stipulate that education, qualification registration or practice, further study and active service are based on the premise of no criminal record;
