The history of Cao village in Suzhou, Anhui Province, the hometown of filial piety.
The formation of Cao Village originated from two famous historical sites in Suzhou: Taoshanji in the north and Minziling in the south. Taoshan set belongs to Xuzhou in ancient times, and it was a post station in ancient times. It was built in the Tang Dynasty, which is the main road of north-south traffic, and the Wang Yue Temple was built here in the Ming Dynasty. According to the local people, Wang Yue Temple is very macro, and there are large ginkgo trees over a thousand years old in the temple, and the incense is very strong. There is still a section of official road in Taoshanji Sanhuan Village. There is an ancient stone bridge on the road, and there is a stout old tree on the bridge, which has formed a famous scenic spot in Suzhou, "Tree on Bridge, Tree on Bridge". To the south is Minziqian Ancestral Hall, a courtyard with three entrances and three exits. There is a kind statue of Gong Min in the hall, as well as a cypress and ginkgo tree with a history of more than 2,000 years. Because Taoshan is crowded with pedestrians, there is an immigrant named Cao, who sells tea in a temple next to the official road connecting Taoshan and Min County, and is called "Caojiadian". Over time, a village was formed, which was later called "Cao Village".

Suzhou's most famous "what soup" comes from this: after Cao Shi lived here, he reclaimed land and gradually became rich, so he retired the chicken and hung it up. One day, Cao Shi was informed by someone at Taoshan Post Station that a high official was going to pass by and asked him to cook a pot of wheat tea and wait. A chicken fell into the pot while making wheat tea. When Cao Shi found it, the chicken had been cooked into a paste and could not be fished out. Cao Shi had a brainwave at this moment, grabbed the salt and sprinkled it into the pot and tasted it. It's delicious. He said to the official, "I made a pot of soup for your arrival." The official was unhappy and asked, "What soup?" Cao Shi had another brainwave and said, "Yes, my Lord, what soup?" The official gave it a taste, and the result was very satisfactory, so it was vigorously promoted. So in the north of Bengbu and the south of Xuzhou, there is a "soup" made of wheat mixed with chicken, which has become a special snack and has been passed down to this day.
The development of Cao Cun stems from her geographical location. Caocun is located at the junction of two provinces and three counties, with Chulan in the east, Xiaoxian in the west, Jiagou in the south and Tongshan County in Jiangsu Province in the north. Known as "the North Gate of Anhui". In this way, the geographical location promoted the development of Cao village. 19 12, Jin-Pu Railway was opened to traffic, and Caocun was further developed. After liberation, National Highway 206 crossed Caocun from north to south, which further promoted the development of Caocun. According to Suzhou annals, before 1949, Cao Village belonged to Huangzang area in Xiaoxian County, and in 195 1 year it belonged to the 11th district of Xuzhou Suburb in Jiangsu Province. In 1952, Cao Village was established as a township, belonging to Taoshan District, and in 1957 it was classified as Jiagou. After the passage of National Highway 206, Caocun's economy has made rapid progress again. Caocun commune was established in 1969, and Caocun town was established in 1980. It is still a village in Cao.

It should be said that Cao Cun is a rising star with great development potential. There are still many places of interest in the territory that have not been developed, such as the ancestral temple and the Minziling, the site of the ancient temple in the Spring and Autumn Period, the Qinshan Temple, the birthplace of a fireman in Zhang, the temple in Taoshanji, and the ancient kiln site of the West Sui and Tang Dynasties Railway.
