Chen's scientific research achievements

Co-authored China's Collected Works (published in 1985), Range Rover in China (published in 1987) and Practical Writing Course for Civil Servants (published in 1992). He also wrote the first draft of two parts: the annals of political power in Gansu province, the annals of government activities, the appendix to the annals of Gansu province and important documents. 1997 1 Up to now, I am in charge of consulting and counselor work in the counselor's office of the provincial government. In the process of studying and practicing "Theory of Three Represents", we organized and led counselors in the progress of irrigation projects in Gansu Province and Yin Da, publicity and education on earthquake prevention knowledge, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, resettlement of immigrants in Yin Da irrigation area, forest resources and ecological environment problems in the Yangtze River basin of Gansu Province, infrastructure construction of Baishuijiang National Nature Reserve, development of electronic industry, deepening reform of adult colleges and universities, social and economic difficulties in implementing natural forest protection projects in Gannan Prefecture, etc. The economic dilemma of high-tech development, the reform of six universities, poverty alleviation in central and southern China, the development and utilization of nonmetals, the sustainable development of grassland resources and grassland animal husbandry in Gannan, the development of gold mining in Maqu County of Gannan, the reform and development of secondary education, the pilot project of urban community construction, the development of basic education, and the quality and safety of agricultural products are expounded in detail. It provides the leaders of the provincial government with the progress of seeking truth from facts, reflects the existing difficulties, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve them, which has played a certain role in promoting Gansu's economic construction and social development. In particular, research reports on resettlement in irrigation areas, forest resources and ecological environment problems in the Yangtze River basin, reform of six ordinary universities and poverty alleviation in central and southern China have provided good decision-making basis for provincial party committee and government leaders on how to do a good job in resettlement, stop natural forest logging, strengthen ecological environment construction, do a good job in the reform of ordinary universities and do a good job in poverty alleviation in the new century, which has been highly valued by provincial leaders. In particular, "Research on Forest Resources and Ecological Environment in the Yangtze River Basin of Gansu Province" won the second prize of the seventh outstanding achievement of social science in Gansu Province.
