At present, 8 commercial and residential buildings with an area of 26,000m2 are developed in the form of attracting investment. Three-line colored brick roads, sidewalks, street lamps, water supply and drainage, and underground roads have been fully completed, green belts and slow lanes are under construction, and the construction framework of market towns has been fully opened. Up to now, four vertical and five horizontal main street pavements have been built, with more than 420 new residents and a population of 6.5438+0.2 million. First, accelerate the formation of a benign industrial chain for pigs. Focusing on attracting investment, 5.8 million yuan was introduced to the pig processing meat products factory, with an annual output of 6.5438+0.2 million pigs, and 4.6 million yuan was introduced to the HSBC grain feed processing enterprise invested by Zhejiang Yixing Feed Group. Through the form of enterprise+farmer, the rapid development of production industry has been promoted. At the same time, increase the variety improvement of local black pigs and completely put an end to the breeding of lean pigs. Under the coordination of the Pig Association, the town adopted a virtuous cycle of credit loans to connect with farmers, feed enterprises to provide farmers with full-price feed, and product enterprises to buy pigs slaughtered by farmers at protective prices, achieving a win-win situation for farmers, companies and governments. The second is to speed up the cultivation of wood processing communities. The town is the hometown of Italian poplars, with an existing area of more than 80,000 mu and a newly planted area of more than 5,000 mu every year. It is an industrial base with high green coverage and the fastest money for farmers. With provincial highway 309 as the main line, three-way and one-leveling wood processing platforms have been established in Shojaei, Tangheng and Jianyi Village, and a wood processing economic plate featuring 150 board has been built. At present, this town has attracted investment. There are more than 3,500 people engaged in wood processing, with an annual output value of 80 million yuan and profits and taxes of 5 million yuan. Focusing on wood industry and pig industry, we will further introduce projects around the two industries on the basis of cultivating existing leading agricultural enterprises. Mainly in slicing technology, medium density board processing, casing products, bristle processing products, fluff products, grain processing and other fields to attract foreign investment. And the technology, leaves and pig waste in the wood industry are deeply processed, and the income of farmers is increased by attracting foreign-funded enterprises to process agricultural and sideline products. The industry in this town started late, and the agricultural economy still accounts for a certain proportion. The town constantly optimizes the adjustment of agricultural structure. Through greening and developing wood industry, the per capita income of farmers increased by more than 300 yuan, and through developing pig industry chain, the per capita income increased by more than 150 yuan. The town also organized labor training, and exported foreign labor services 1.2 million person-times, and the per capita income of farmers increased by more than 3,000 yuan. With the income from agricultural farmland and other feeding and processing 1200 yuan, the per capita net income of farmers in the town is 4,700 yuan.
