The Cultural Heritage of Jinshan
Although Jinshan-Altai Mountain is listed in the World Heritage List according to the World Natural Heritage Selection Standard N(IV), it still has rich cultural heritage: a large number of Paleolithic cultural relics were excavated a long time ago. It records the ups and downs of many tribal peoples in this land. Genghis Khan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uygur and Mongolia all left their historical footprints here. It was not until the mid-18th century that Altai officially belonged to tsarist Russia. The most striking historical relic of Jinshan-Altai Mountain belongs to the tombs of tribal leaders in the 5th century. These tombs are complex in structure and different in size, and the number of forests can reach more than 1, among which many works of art buried are even more rare treasures.
