What do you need to immigrate to Italy?

Italy is a traditional immigrant country. Strict restrictions have been imposed on foreigners who emigrate to their own countries, and a work permit system has been implemented.

(1) Italian immigration law stipulates that foreign immigrants who have obtained legal residency can apply for immigrant visas for unmarried and underage children and their spouses if they can afford the living expenses of their relatives.

(3) Immigrants applying for entry outside Italy must first obtain the work permit of the relevant provincial labor bureau. This work permit is generally valid for 2 years, and you can apply for an entry visa to the Italian Embassy with the work permit. Foreigners' spouses, unmarried and minor children can apply for work permits after entering the country.

(4) The Italian government stipulates that all migrant workers who move to Italy must pay 5% of the expenses to the government as a repatriation fund if they have no living security in the future.

(5) Foreigners who illegally enter Italy, whether employed or not, will be repatriated to their countries of origin once they are found, and their Italian employers will be severely punished or imprisoned for 3 months to 1 year.

There are two ways for China citizens to apply for immigration to Italy, which is easier to be approved:

One is to apply for the spouse relationship of an Italian citizen. After one year, spouses living in Italy can become Italian citizens. If you get married overseas in Italy and live in a foreign country, you must apply for naturalization after three years.

Second, if you want to invest in Italy, you must apply for the right of abode first, and you can apply for naturalization if you have lived in Italy for five years and have good behavior.
