The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned once a week. It is very popular because it is convenient in all aspects of the campus. The residents here use the public kitchen provided by the building (usually a room for five people), and the color of the kitchen is the same as that of the residents' rooms, which is convenient for residents to distinguish by color. The accommodation fee of Thynne C Hall is 5452 Australian dollars per academic year, including 32 weeks (about 170 Australian dollars/week), and the fee can be paid every two months before the specified date.

? Campus residence

The campus house is the campus dormitory that Kunming University can rent in Garton Campus. These dormitories are provided by the Accommodation Service Department of Kunming University for international freshmen registered in Garton Campus. There are about 30 houses, most of which are located in the campus (please click on the map of Garton campus to see AV30/3 1-BA30/3 1), and the others have to cross the Varego Expressway. These houses are rented in accordance with the provisions of the Australian lease law, and the lessor needs to sign a contract for a period of 6 months or 1 1- 12 months. There are two main houses to choose from.

1. student single room: a house with living facilities generally has 3-4 rooms and can be subletted.
