Millions of tile houses in Bishop, Long Island, new york.

Built in 19 12, this house is located in Bishop, Long Island, new york. It was designed by Raphael Gustavino Jr He and his father designed the tile domes of some landmark buildings in new york, including the Grand Central Station, Alice Island and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The inside and outside of this "tile house" are designed with Gustavino's iconic tiles and arches. The Moorish style of the house reflects the Spanish ancestry of the family: Mr. Gustavino was an architect in Barcelona before immigrating to the United States. The picture shows the entrance passage of the main house.

The house was handed down by the Gustavino family to Josephina Kramer, who put it up for sale in 2005. There was once a potential buyer who was not interested in the house itself, but liked its location, Da Nan Wan, where he planned to rebuild his new house.

Vincent Crisci, the current owner of the house, tried to save the house after learning about it.

After the visit, he and his wife bought it in March 2005. The picture shows the Sunshine Hall. Crisci said that although the room in the house was "small", he was "impressed by the ceiling". Priscilla Hancock, a staff member in the reference room of the Bishop's Historical Society, said that the herringbone pattern on the ceiling was like Gustavino's "signature".

The picture shows that the original fabric on the dining room wall has faded and is stained with water. Crisci repaired the kitchen cabinets and tried to match the tiles on the new countertop with the old ones on the wall. He also repaired the bathroom and the leak in the house.

The picture shows the main staircase of the house. The house covers an area of over 1 acre, with 12 rooms and an area of 4,000 square feet (about 372 square meters). Currently listed for sale, the price is $654.38 +0.895 million.

The house has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom. The picture shows the fireplace in the master bedroom suite, and the tiles are made in Gustavino. Like other rooms on the second floor, the master sleeper has hardwood floors.

The ceiling of the study is very high, and you can see the lake outside through the window. There is a wardrobe made of cedar wood and an attic in the study. The picture shows the garage of the house, and the picture shows the back balcony of the master bedroom suite on the second floor.
