Baiyinchagan Town is located in the resident of the People's Government of Chayouhouqi, Inner Mongolia. Located at the northern foot of Yinshan Mountain, deep in Wulanchabu grassland. It is located at 4127' north latitude and11310' east longitude. The total area of the town is 538 square kilometers, and the urban area is 7. 1 square kilometers (4.6 square kilometers in the old area and 2.5 square kilometers in the new area).

Urban planning is divided into five areas, namely, old areas, new areas, light industrial parks, heavy chemical industrial parks and immigrant areas.
