Studying in New Zealand: Introduction to Various Requirements

Proof that you have enough living expenses during your study;

Round-trip air tickets, or proof of the cost of purchasing air tickets.

If your application is approved, your passport must be valid for three months after you plan to leave New Zealand.

Perspective of tuberculosis necessary for studying in New Zealand

Those who intend to stay in New Zealand for more than six months and apply for a student visa or permit must now undergo tuberculosis fluoroscopy. If they: have not provided a comprehensive tuberculosis examination for the New Zealand Immigration Service before; And did not hold a passport from a country with a low risk of tuberculosis; Or stay (live and/or visit) in a country that has not been identified as a low-risk country for tuberculosis for more than three months (within five years before application).

For example, if you have a British passport, you have spent five weeks in Thailand and seven weeks in Fiji at any time in the five years before you apply, and you need to have a tuberculosis check-up. This requirement does not apply to pregnant women and/kloc-children under 0/2 years old.
