Introduction to Liulang Town

Liulang Town is affiliated to Wuhu County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. It is located in the southeast of Wuhu City and in the middle of Wuhu County. It is surrounded by Qingyi River, Shuiyang River and Zhaoyi River, and is close to Wanzhi Town, Huaqiao Town and Fangcun Town. It is connected to Qingshui Street in Jiujiang District. It has flat terrain, dense water network, humid climate, and is suitable for the growth of crops. It is a typical land of fish and rice. Historically, this place was once luxuriant with water and grass, and doves gathered here. As immigrants moved in, earth was built to form a polder, and the 13 polders, large and small, were eventually connected into one.
