Wanjia Reservoir Project in Ningguo City has been included in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of water conservancy development in Anhui Province. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people, according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Compensation for Land Expropriation and Resettlement of Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects (the State Council Decree No.679), the following notices are hereby issued: 1. From the date of issuance of this notice to February 3, 20291day, the area occupied and submerged by Wanjia Reservoir Project in Ningguo City is the area to stop new construction projects and control population migration (hereinafter referred to as the control area: Wu Shuang, Yaogou, Shengli, Hongxing, Yinshan, Qiaotou, Advanced and Donghong villagers' groups in Wanjiaxiang Village, Ningguo City; Villagers' groups in Huang Wu, Shuiwu, Wukou, Guanlin, Shangcun, Xincun, Wali, Zhelin, Dazhewu and Xiaozhewu, Huanggang Village, Ningdun Town, Ningguo City; Villagers of Zhengyang, Zhang Cun, Zhoucun, Huangzikeng, Geshan and Levin in Nanyang Village, Ningdun Town, Ningguo City. The specific scope shall be separately posted by the competent project unit or project legal person in the form of attached drawings according to the feasibility study report of the project.
