Introduction to the Basic Situation of Wacun Hydropower Station Project The dam site of Wacun Hydropower Station is located in the valley near Wacun Hydrological Station, 8.4km downstream of the junction of Tuoniang River and Xiyang River, and is under the jurisdiction of Baise City. The power station is 39.9km away from Nadu Cascade Power Station and 105km away from Baise Water Control Project.

Wacun Hydropower Station is an incomplete annual regulation, so it can carry out peak regulation and frequency modulation in dry season (165438+ 10 to April of the following year) according to the operation needs of power system. During the flood season (May ~ 65438+1October), the natural flow is large. On the premise that the water level difference between upstream and downstream is greater than the minimum head of the unit, the water level in front of the dam should be maintained at the normal water level of 307m, and when the inflow is less than or equal to 34 1 m3/s, the water level of the reservoir should be maintained at 29 1~307m, and the gate should be fully opened. When the inflow is greater than 34 1 m3/s, the water level of the reservoir is still maintained at 307m, and the inflow is generated by the power station as far as possible, and the excess water is discharged through the spillway.

The reservoir of this project involves five village committees in Bagui Township, Ba Du Township, Gaolong Township and Nabi Township of tianlin county, with a population of 2,408 people, a housing area of 8.0 1 10,000 square meters, and a total flooded land area of 24,448.0 mu. Centralized resettlement and urban resettlement are adopted respectively.

Development and Reform Commission of Baise City: The request for approval of Wacun Hydropower Project (Baifa Reform Planning Report [201]1No.3) and related materials have been received. After research, the project is approved as follows: 1. In order to fully develop Youjiang hydropower resources, meet the local power consumption growth demand and promote the local economic development, it is agreed to build Baise Wacun Hydropower Project. The project unit is Baise Wacun Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. Wacun Hydropower Station is the second step of the supplementary planning for the comprehensive utilization of Yujiang River. The project focuses on power generation, taking into account water supply, flood control and shipping. The dam site of the power station is located in tianlin county, Youjiang reach in the upper reaches of Yujiang River, and in the canyon near Wacun Hydrological Station, 9 kilometers downstream of the junction of Tuoniang River and Xiyang River. 3. Three 76.67MW Francis turbine generator sets are installed in the power station, with a total installed capacity of 230MW and an average annual power generation of 699.6 million kWh. The power station hub consists of barrage, power station and two-stage vertical ship lift on the left bank. The barrage is a roller compacted concrete gravity dam, with the dam crest elevation of 3 1 1m, the maximum dam height of 103m, and the total dam crest length of 354.5m The navigation facilities are constructed according to the scale of seven-class waterway and 50-ton ship type, and implemented simultaneously. The normal water level of the reservoir is 307 meters, the dead water level is 29 1 meter, and the total storage capacity is 536 million cubic meters. The normal water level corresponds to a storage capacity of 496 million cubic meters and the regulated storage capacity is 225 million cubic meters. The reservoir inundation affected 4 townships, 17 village committees and 42 villagers' groups in tianlin county, Baise City. The flooded land area of the reservoir is 23,744./kloc-0.5 mu, including 5,777.67 mu of cultivated land and 8,239.29 mu of forest land. The land for the hub project is 1947.43 mu, of which 4510.65 mu (84.08 mu of cultivated land and 335.93 mu of forest land) is permanently expropriated and/kloc-0 1.495.78 mu (65,438 mu of cultivated land and 65,438 mu of forest land) is temporarily expropriated. The completion ceremony of Nabi Hydropower Station and the commencement ceremony of Wacun Hydropower Station were held in Nongwa Village, tianlin county, Baise City.

Baise Wacun Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. is jointly funded by Guangxi Youjiang Water Conservancy Development Co., Ltd., Baise Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Zhujiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., and is responsible for the construction and operation management of Nabi Hydropower Station and Wacun Hydropower Station. The total investment of Nabi Hydropower Project is about 480 million yuan, the installed capacity of the power station is 48 MW, and the average annual power generation is 65.438+78 million kWh. The main project of Nabi Hydropower Station was started in June 2009 1 65438+1October1. In March, 1 unit was put into production. On June 23, all three units were put into operation to generate electricity, and the project construction has been completed. Wacun Hydropower Station is the second step of Yujiang River comprehensive utilization planning. The project focuses on power generation, taking into account the comprehensive utilization of water supply, flood control and shipping. The total investment of the project is 2.37 billion yuan, the total installed capacity is 230 MW, and the designed annual power generation is 700 million kWh. The long-term planning of the river where the project is located is a seven-level channel. Navigation structure adopts two-stage wet vertical ship lift, and the navigation scale is designed as a 50-ton ship. The construction of Wacun Hydropower Station can also alleviate the problem of insufficient water supply downstream in dry season, and play an important role in improving the ecological environment of rivers, improving the water environment and water resources allocation in the Pearl River Basin.
