Resettlement of hydropower development immigrants

(1) The Jinsha River flows through areas with high mountains and deep valleys, short dams for hydropower development, small submerged area and small number of immigrants;

(2) The terrain is complex, the natural environment is harsh, the population is small, and the number of immigrants is small;

(3) People live far away from the river and the terrain is relatively flat, so it is not easy to flood most residential areas after the reservoir is filled;
