Purchase method: The official requirement of the Immigration Bureau is to invest in real estate10.5 million euros or more (first-tier cities) and real estate > 70,000 euros (other cities). The Immigration Bureau has no designated property, so you can choose and buy multiple sets at will.

Deposit method: The Immigration Bureau formally requires a five-year fixed deposit of 400,000 US dollars or 300,000 euros in Latvian banks (the interest rate for US dollar deposits is 4%, and the interest rate for euro deposits is 5%, which is paid out once every six months, and can only be retrieved after maturity, without interruption).

Application process: (the overall processing cycle is about 5-9 months)

1. After signing the contract with Global, the immigrant applicant arranges the business examination and prepares the visa application documents for the business examination;

2. Face-to-face signing of the customer's family, submission of documents reviewed by the embassy, and obtaining a one-time inspection visa.

3. Global Immigrants accompany the immigrant applicants to conduct real estate inspection and sign the purchase procedures.

4. Apply for Latvian real estate license for immigration applicants, and collect and make immigration application materials (2-3 months).
