Currently, animals in China are not required to be microchipped, but most European countries, Japan, Taiwan, etc. have such requirements. The United States does not have this requirement either. Major airlines have different regulations for pet transportation. Before purchasing a ticket and confirming your itinerary, you must ensure that the flight is available for transport.
