Is the northeast dialect in Jilin, Liaoning much heavier than that in Heilongjiang?

I come from Heilongjiang and study in Liaoning.

Heilongjiang dialect is the closest to Mandarin in both pronunciation and intonation.

Jilin is second, but with a hard accent.

The tone of Liaoning dialect is the most rustic (refer to Uncle Benshan), but there are also differences. Uncle Benshan usually speaks Tieling dialect, which is close to Mandarin, but in Country Love 2, he speaks Jinzhou dialect (ending sound), Anshan dialect is flat-tongued, Shenyang dialect is very serious "stubble flavor" and so on. Generally speaking, the tone of Liaoning dialect is exaggerated. In Dalian, it is more separated from the northeast dialect area and closer to Shandong.

This is in the words of the next family, only by experience. Please correct me if there is anything wrong!
