Introduction: The following are the minutes of three different types of project kick-off meetings I collected. Welcome to learn from them.

Minutes of Project Kick-off Meeting Class I 20xx1016-18 The kick-off meeting of Dujiangyan biodiversity protection strategy and action plan co-sponsored by the Biodiversity Working Group of China Committee for International Cooperation in Environment and Development and Dujiangyan Municipal Government was held grandly in the scenic Qingqingyuan Hotel in Dujiangyan.

The foreign experts attending the kick-off meeting are: PeterJohanSchei, senior adviser of Norwegian government and foreign leader of biodiversity working group of China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, FAO official KenCreighton, Asia biodiversity project official of IUCN Balakrishna, British international animal and plant protection project official MikeHarding and Dr. FrankMomberg; Chinese experts include Yin Kaipu and Zhao from Chengdu Institute of Biology of China Academy of Sciences, Professor Hu, director of the Giant Panda Research Center of Sichuan Normal University, Zhuang Ping, director of Huaxi Alpine Botanical Garden of China Academy of Sciences, Geng, associate researcher, deputy director engineer of Dujiangyan Forestry Bureau, senior lecturer of Dujiangyan Branch of Sichuan Agricultural University, and relevant experts from Dujiangyan Musk Deer Breeding Institute and Deer Breeding Farm. Also attending the meeting were Sichuan World Heritage Management Office, Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau and Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, Municipal Water and Electricity Bureau, Municipal Construction Committee, Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Municipal Agriculture Committee, Dujiangyan Scenic Area Administration, Qingchengshan Administration and other related units.

The opening ceremony of the meeting was presided over by Mr. Deng, researcher of Dujiangyan Municipal Committee and deputy director of Dujiangyan Scenic Area Management Committee of Qingcheng Mountain. PeterJohanSchei and KenCreighton spoke first, fully affirmed and spoke highly of the global significance of this project in Dujiangyan City, introduced the current situation and research process of biodiversity research and protection at home and abroad, and put forward important suggestions for further research on biodiversity protection in Dujiangyan City. Mu Tao, deputy mayor of Dujiangyan City, congratulated the conference on behalf of the secretary, mayor Zhang Ningsheng and Dujiangyan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and expressed the measures and determination taken by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to carry out biodiversity protection; Subsequently, Zhang Hu from Sichuan World Heritage Management Office, Han Wenzhong and MikeHarding from Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau also spoke at the opening ceremony. At the opening ceremony, Mr. Wang Song introduced the planning of the project "Dujiangyan Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan" and the preparation work in the past year.

In the evening, Zhang Ningsheng, secretary of Dujiangyan Municipal Party Committee and mayor, hosted a banquet in honor of the Chinese and foreign experts attending the meeting.

The meeting listened to the introduction of Associate Professor Zhuang Ping, Director of West China Alpine Botanical Garden of China Academy of Sciences, and Mr. Zhao Zhilong, Deputy Director of Dujiangyan Forestry Bureau, on the characteristics of biodiversity, four key areas of biodiversity protection and the present situation of research and protection in Dujiangyan. Mr. Deng introduced the protection and declaration of Dujiangyan World Heritage, Dujiangyan biodiversity protection and development plan, Dujiangyan biodiversity protection strategy and action plan project (outline), which can play a guiding role in future development. During the meeting, Chinese and foreign experts mainly focused on the positive effects of land use rights, ex-situ protection and in-situ protection, eco-tourism, returning farmland to forests and industrial restructuring on biodiversity protection; The meeting also discussed some key species, such as the cooperative protection of giant pandas and the development and utilization of agricultural biodiversity. Foreign experts expressed great concern about the coordination of protection mechanism, decision-making mechanism, operation mechanism and compensation mechanism in the implementation of Dujiangyan biodiversity protection strategy and action plan, and got satisfactory answers. The participating experts discussed the organization of the project and divided their respective responsibilities. Finally, the Outline of Dujiangyan Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan (Draft) was discussed, revised and supplemented.

After three days of meetings, the participants reached the following understandings:

1. Dujiangyan Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan is the world's first county-level regional biodiversity conservation action plan. Its formulation not only has guiding significance for the protection and development of biodiversity in Dujiangyan, but also plays a pioneering role in formulating local regional biodiversity protection strategies and action plans in China and internationally. Its formulation will definitely have a great impact on global biodiversity protection and research.

Second, Dujiangyan's biodiversity has an extremely important position and is a key area for biodiversity protection. The outline should indicate the regional distribution of some important species and put forward key protection measures.

Thirdly, the outline should emphasize the cross-regional distribution of giant pandas in Dujiangyan and the important position of Dujiangyan in the distribution of giant pandas; Cross-regional cooperation should be strengthened in the protection research of important species.

Fourth, attach importance to the important position of agricultural biodiversity in regional biodiversity research and protection, strengthen the formulation of agricultural ecology and agricultural biodiversity protection strategies and action plans, and emphasize the importance of community participation in biodiversity protection.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) organization: Experts attending the meeting agreed that a good organization is the guarantee for carrying out this project. They adopted the organization of Dujiangyan Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan, namely, the steering group, the consulting group, the working group and the core implementation group, and discussed and clarified the division of responsibilities of each group (see annex: organization).

The revised draft outline of intransitive verbs was adopted (see Annex: Outline of Dujiangyan Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan (Draft)).

After the meeting, foreign experts visited Longxi-Hongkou Nature Reserve, Wolong Nature Reserve and Dujiangyan Musk Deer Breeding Institute, and put forward some suggestions on the protection of these areas and the harmonious relationship between man and nature.

Minutes of Project Kick-off Meeting The kick-off meeting of the second kind of "Realistic Journey" project was held on April 23rd in the meeting room of XXXX Beijing Office as scheduled. This project is based on the requirement of "taking project management ability as the core competitiveness of AsiaInfo" put forward by CEO at Sanya meeting. Led by the Human Resources Department, excellent project managers are recommended by various business departments to form a project working group to summarize and sort out the company's past successful project experience, thus forming a complete project management process and experience that can be popularized.

The kick-off meeting was presided over by general manager Zhang, vice president of the company. More than ten project directors and project managers from various regions and business divisions attended today's kick-off meeting. Beijing Li Ding Innovation Consulting Management Co., Ltd. was hired as the external consultant of the project to help guide, coordinate and promote the project. The goal of this kick-off meeting is to discuss and determine the objectives of this project and the arrangement of project implementation with the project team members.

After the leader's speech, the consultant of Li Ding Consulting will guide the project team:

1, review project management knowledge system, PMBOK

2. Introduce the enterprise project management method (PRINCE2), and share the project management system of multinational companies and the project management methods in the system.

On this basis, guide everyone to make clear the work objectives of this project and write the project management manual:

A) From the project manager's point of view, the content arrangement of the project manual should help the project manager solve the problems in practical work, while PMBOK is a summary of project management knowledge, which has only general knowledge significance. PMBOK is not a project management method.

B) From the perspective of company management, the project management system must be based on the enterprise's project management methods, involving business processes, organization, assessment and other aspects. The objective of this consulting project is to establish a project management method for software solutions of XXXX Company, including project process and experience summary.

Consultant Li Ding led the project team to discuss the content structure, project plan, work distribution and project communication mechanism of the project manual, and everyone reached the following consensus:

1. Description and discussion of the structure of the project manual. It is understood that the project manual is written in three levels, and the contents related to process arrangement and experience summary will appear in those chapters of the manual.

2. See the project work plan for the discussion on key tasks in the project work plan. The working mode of the seminar and the preparatory work that project members need to do before the seminar are emphasized.

Summary of Project Kick-off Meeting Class III 20XX On the afternoon of June 26th, China Association of Chief Financial Officers held a kick-off meeting of tax agent project in Chongqing. Dong Feng, executive vice president of our Association, invited vice president, Yu Bingjian, director of academic committee and expert committee of our Association, Wang, member of academic committee and expert committee of our Association, Jiang Baoen, executive deputy secretary-general and director of tax agent training and certification management office, chairman of Hantang Group, deputy director of tax agent training and certification management office, comrades of certification department, representatives of some local associations and industry branches, main leaders of Hantang Group and more than ten social training institutions.

At the kick-off meeting of tax agent project, Dong Feng, executive vice president, first introduced the policy background of tax agent project and the significance of project certification. In his speech, he pointed out that it is necessary to establish a "tax accountant" qualification certification system for strengthening tax-related management of enterprises and preventing tax risks. The launch of the "tax agent" project is an important task for the association to adapt to the market demand and train accounting professionals with tax-related qualifications for enterprises. He also put forward specific requirements for training institutions: understand the project positioning and training certification objects, and strive to be stable, accurate and precise in project start-up. That is, the project should be based on the enterprise and start steadily; Accurately grasp the training object; All training institutions should carefully organize project training.

Yu Bingjian, director of academic committee and expert committee of tax agent project, pointed out that the tax agent project was officially launched after nearly half a year of preparation. To have a promising project, we should strive to make it a high-level and high-quality brand project. He also suggested that the project should get off to a good start and strictly control access, training, examination and certification. Then, Zhang Xiaobin, deputy director of the tax agent training certification management office, introduced the main contents of the training and related examination schemes, and Sun Lili, director of the qualification certification department, introduced the authorization of tax agent project training institutions and the specific requirements of project management. Finally, the leaders at the meeting issued project authorization letters to the first batch of eleven local associations, industry branches and social training institutions.
