What are the procedures for emigrating from Myanmar to China?

If a foreigner applies for permanent residence in China, he or the parents or clients of unmarried children under the age of 18 shall apply to the public security organ of the Municipal People's Government or the public security bureau or county bureau of the municipality directly under the Central Government where the community where he mainly invests or lives for a long time.

Investment: The paid-in registered capital for investment in China shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The total investment in encouraged industries listed in the catalogue of foreign-invested industries published by the state is more than 500,000 US dollars;

(two) the total investment in the western region of China and the key counties of national poverty alleviation and development work is more than 500 thousand US dollars;

(3) The total investment in Central China is more than US$ 6,543,800+0,000;

(4) The total investment in China is more than 2 million US dollars. All the above investment projects must maintain a good tax record for more than 3 years before applying for a green card.

Occupation category: three situations are specified:

(a) in the relevant units for four consecutive years as vice president or vice senior or above;

(2) Serving as vice president or above in four types of enterprises such as high-tech enterprises;

(3) Being a professor or associate professor in a key institution of higher learning in Beijing.

Relatives take refuge: divided into three categories: husband and wife, parents and relatives. Among them, "husband and wife" is specifically defined as the spouse of a China citizen or a foreigner who has obtained permanent residence in China, whose marriage relationship has lasted for five years and has lived in China for five consecutive years.

Special contribution category: the world's top talents, talents with special skills and celebrities who have made great contributions to the country's economic development and social progress or have great value to the country.
