How many people live in China in Vladivostok now?

At the meeting of China China Chamber of Commerce on 20 10, the Vladivostok Immigration Bureau said that there were more than 1W China people legally registered in Vladivostok, and nearly 1W black people without legal status (it is impossible to verify the estimate). Now it's estimated to be about 2W, including all of them.
