(Provide passport (visa), customs declaration form, entry card and admission notice), go through the visa formalities for studying abroad, get your luggage, hand in your entry card, and issue the student's entry approval letter, school notice and passport when entering the customs. The entry procedure is very simple, as long as you follow the instructions of the sign (Chinese), there will generally be no major problems.

Step 1: Immigration immigration inspection

After getting off the plane, follow the crowd to the entry passage. Please choose the entry channel for foreigners and accept the ID check of the Immigration Bureau. Materials to be provided: provide passport (visa), customs declaration form, entry card and admission notice (these materials must be carried with you and cannot be checked in luggage). The immigration officer may ask some simple questions.

Step 2: Pick up your luggage.

After completing the certificate inspection, we arrived at the baggage hall. You can pick up your checked baggage from the trolley first, and then go to the immigration office to change your study permit. The arrival flight number is marked above the conveyor belt. If the baggage is lost, you can report it to the baggage loss reporting office at the airport and leave your own contact information so that the airport personnel can return the baggage in time after finding it.

The third step is to go to the immigration office to apply for a study permit.

The "study permit" is what we usually call the "big visa". Students who enter the country for the first time with a student visa must change the "entry paper" to "study permit" at the airport immigration office before they can leave the airport. Students who need to transfer also need to complete this procedure at the immigration office at the first airport where they get off the plane. Of course, the immigration officer will remind you when you enter the customs. The materials to be provided are still: passport, visa, entry paper and original notice. The study permit will indicate the course you are enrolled in, the type of school, the province you are in, and the effective time. Please pay attention to the valid time of the study permit and renew it at the local immigration office 3 months before it expires.

The fourth step is the customs quarantine inspection of luggage and articles.

After changing the study permit, students who need to transfer can go to the domestic departure hall according to the instructions, and students who don't need to transfer can leave the airport. Students who have nothing to declare please take the green channel, and students who have something to declare please take the red channel. Please give the completed immigration declaration form to the next official (it should be filled out on the plane)

Pick up the plane and arrive at the lobby.

If you make an appointment for the pick-up service, you will arrange overseas pick-up service for the students in advance, and the pick-up teacher will greet the students with a signboard with the students' pinyin names at the exit of the waiting hall. If you can't see the pick-up because of flight delay or other reasons, don't panic, please contact the phone number left by the pick-up teacher.
