People who want to return to the Philippines with a valid immigrant visa or a non-immigrant visa can get ECC at the airport.
2. Applicants for ECC-A must apply at least 72 hours before leaving the Philippines. Usually, it is recommended to go to the immigration office one week before leaving the country, and you can leave the country within one month after ECC-A is completed. If you do it yourself, you must apply to the immigration office in the morning.
Third, ECC-A can only be handled at the immigration office, which needs to be handled in advance, not at the airport.
You can go to the main building of the Philippine Immigration Bureau and some regional offices. Not all immigration branches accept ECC applications, which need to be confirmed in advance. If you are in a hurry, you can apply directly to the headquarters of Wangcheng District.
