Those who sign up for the entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities shall meet one of the following conditions, in addition to the relevant registration conditions of the Ministry of Education, before signing up for the entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in our province:

(a) the candidate's household registration belongs to our province for a long time and the candidate's parents' household registration settled in our province before birth (long household registration means that they were born in our province and their household registration has never moved to other provinces);

(2) Candidates whose parents belong to our provinces and cities (administrative offices) and above have been confirmed by the personnel and organization departments to introduce outstanding talents, and their household registration has been settled in our province with their parents;

(3) the legal representative of the investment project enterprise stipulated by the municipal (administrative office) and above governments, whose children have settled in our province with their parents;

(4) One of the candidates' parents is an active serviceman stationed in our province (including demobilized civilian personnel), and the candidates have settled their accounts in our province because their father or mother joined the army; Candidates' parents are active servicemen in our province (including those who have been transferred from military to civilian), and candidates have settled in our province with their parents; Candidates' household registration is in our province, and one of their parents is a demobilized soldier and their household registration is settled in our province;

(5) Candidates whose parents' work is transferred (referring to the transfer handled by the personnel management departments of state organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises) and who have settled in our province with their parents have been registered in our province for more than 2 years (including 2 years, counting from September of the year of high school graduation 1 day), and candidates must have a 2-year student status in our province and have actually studied in our province for 2 years in the high school stage (starting from September 65438 of the year of high school graduation).

(6) Candidates who have settled in our province with their parents because of family changes (referring to parents' divorce, death or accidental death), candidates who have settled in our province with their legal guardians because of their parents' death or accidental death, their parents or legal guardians and their household registration have been in our province for more than 2 years (including 2 years, counting from September 1 day of the year when they graduated from high school), and candidates must have a 2-year student status in our province and have actually studied continuously in high school for 2 years.

(7) Candidates whose original household registration is from other provinces, and whose parents and I have settled in our province (except for the circumstances specified in Item 2, Item 3, Item 4, Item 5 and Item 6 of Article 2), candidates must have a three-year high school student status in our province, and have actually studied in our province for more than three years in the high school stage (the school where candidates actually study must be consistent with the school where they are enrolled);
