A. In the year before submitting the application, the annual working income has reached more than HK$ 2.5 million (tax support is required); or
B graduated from the top universities in the world 100, and accumulated at least 3 years of work experience in the 5 years before submitting the application; or
C. He has less than three years' working experience, but graduated from the top 100 universities in the world within five years before submitting the application.
(Among them, this category C applies for an annual quota of 10000, which is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while other categories A and B have no quota. )

Note: Mainland institutions ranked in the top 100 in the world are: Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Sun Yat-sen University, China University of Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Nanjing University.
