How to open the notarization of kinship?

Notarization of kinship can be handled in the notary office at or above the municipal level where the citizen or citizen's relatives account.

1. Prepare relevant materials, including: the applicant's ID card, household registration book, and the certificate of kinship between the applicant and related parties issued by the neighborhood office (township people's government) where the applicant is located;

2. The parties concerned shall bring relevant documents to the notary office at or above the municipal level where the citizens or their relatives account.

3. If the applicant entrusts others to handle notarization on his behalf, he shall submit the power of attorney and his resident identity card.
