Conditions for emigrating to China

Legal Analysis: Foreigners applying for permanent residence in China should abide by the laws of China, be in good health and have no criminal record, and meet one of the following conditions:

1, domestic direct investment, stable investment for three consecutive years, good tax record;

Hold the post of deputy general manager or deputy factory director or above in China, or have the post of associate professor or associate researcher or above and enjoy the same treatment, have served for four consecutive years, have resided in China for not less than three years in four years, and have a good tax record;

5. The spouse of a China citizen or a foreigner who has obtained the permanent residence qualification in China, who has lived in China for five years and has lived in China for not less than nine months each year, and has a stable living guarantee and residence;

Legal basis: Article 47 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration, foreigners who have made outstanding contributions to China's economic and social development or meet other conditions for permanent residence in China, upon their own application and approval by the Ministry of Public Security, have obtained the qualification for permanent residence. Measures for the examination and approval of foreigners' permanent residence in China shall be formulated by the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly with relevant departments of the State Council.
