To apply for a visa, you must provide the following materials. When necessary, the museum has the right to ask the applicant to provide other materials.

7a Employment certificate:

If the applicant is an on-the-job employee, the original employment certificate issued by the company must be provided. The certification letter should indicate that the company agrees to leave the company, and specify the working hours, position and salary of the applicant in detail. On-the-job certification letter must list the company's address, telephone and fax numbers and relevant contacts. This letter is stamped with the official seal. If the applicant does not have a job, he must provide documents to prove his personal financial situation, such as bank deposit certificate, real estate license, etc.

7b Household registration book: the applicant's household registration book (original and photocopy). If it is a collective account, you can go to the police station to apply for the household registration certificate, and provide the original and copy.

8a Power of Attorney: If I can't come to the embassy to apply for a visa in person, I need to issue a power of attorney, which should indicate the client's name and ID number (in both Chinese and English). Original 8c V39A Form (Letter of Introduction): A complete original completed in English by a Singapore registered company. The letter should indicate the address, telephone number and fax number of the Singapore company, as well as the ID number and signature of the company representative. Applicants invited by Singapore government agencies and universities or attending exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore do not need to produce V39A form and business registration information of Singapore companies. The applicant only needs to submit the original invitation letter sent by the institution or organization to the applicant.
