Jianshui wells are very famous, not only in large numbers, but also in unique shapes and various types. Someone once used a couplet to describe the six famous wells in Jianshui: Longjing Hongjing Zhuge Well and Liquan Puboquan in Yolanda. Jianshui's well is unique in an ancient word, including the cave well still in use in the early Yuan Dynasty and Ximen Daban, which was circled in Hongwu period of Ming Dynasty and called the drinking well of the whole city by local chronicles. Hongjing: It started in the early Ming Dynasty and is located in Hongjing Street in the city (Hongjing Street is named after this well). Hongjing is one of the eight ancient scenes of Jianshui, saying that water drags blue. Unfortunately, this well was demolished by local people during the Great Leap Forward, and now it is gone.

Zhuge Well: Located on the west side of the northern end of the main street in the city, this well was named after the ancient Zhuge Temple (the Dinghai mutiny in the fourth year of Qing Shunzhi). This is a sweet well.

Liquan: Tokyo, located on the north side of Taishi Lane, Zhengdong Road. According to the record of repairing the Tokyo Monument, Tokyo was built at the beginning of the city, and it is recorded in the county annals. It is called Liquan, commonly known as Water Mirror Hall. The water flowed out vigorously and tasted sweet. According to the Book of Rites. Liu Yun "Dew falls from the sky, and spring water gushes from the earth. The name of Liquan comes from this.

Yolanda: Also known as Xiaobanjing, it is located in the periphery of Xicheng, commonly known as Xiao Jiu Well. Due to the endless sweetness of well water (Yunnan Tongzhi), the water quality and taste are similar to those of Dabanjing (Puboquan), but the water temperature is lower than that of Puboquan. Therefore, drinking cold water before a well is the first thing to build a water-cooled well.

Puboquan: Located at the western end of Liyuan Street outside Xicheng. According to Yunnan Tongzhi, Puboquan is located in the west half of the city, commonly known as Dabanjing. The water is clear and sweet, and it is for the whole city to drink. Folk has the beauty of Dabanjing, which is said to be the best in Yunnan. It is listed as the crown of Jianshui sweet well and the first well in southern Yunnan.
