What are the requirements for working in Hong Kong?

Unless you are a top talent in the industry which is scarce in Hong Kong, you can apply for a talent plan or a job endorsement. Otherwise, it is impossible.

Hong Kong has the protection of local workers, and generally foreign employees will not be employed in jobs.

There are four ways for mainlanders to work in Hong Kong:

1. Excellent Talents Program. (Top talents in the industry)

2. Work endorsement. (Mainland education is basically not recognized in Hong Kong and requires a foreign or Hong Kong diploma. )

The marriage with Hong Kong people has expired. Residents who can go to Hong Kong.

4. Invest in 6.5 million immigrants.

After living for more than 7 years, you can apply for permanent residence in Hong Kong.
