4. Explain the plan in detail. In response to 29 problems in 5 aspects 17 categories fed back by the Fifth Inspection Team of the Municipal Party Committee, under the personal arrangement of the Party Secretary, the Bureau's main responsibility office conducted in-depth research, solicited opinions and suggestions from bureau leaders, departments (units) and some people, and studied and formulated rectification measures in combination with the rectification opinions claimed and put forward by departments (units).
