Is it better to go to a 2 1 1 university in China or a famous university like the University of Sydney in Australia?

The school is obviously better than the University of Sydney, but the tuition and living expenses are much more expensive than those in China. It is a little better to study abroad if you have a job, but it is hard to say for sure. It depends on your own ability, luck and so on.
