Liu Jianzhong: Male, born in March, 1963, China nationality. Mr. Liu Jianzhong has been the Party Secretary, Chairman and Executive Director of the Bank since June 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, Chairman of the Three Rural Financial Services Committee and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Bank. Mr. Liu obtained a master's degree in industrial engineering from Chongqing University in 2005, and a doctorate in economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics on 20 15. Now he is a senior economist recognized by Chongqing Municipal People's Government. From February 20 14 to March 20 16, Mr. Liu served as Party Secretary and Chairman of Chongqing Rural Commercial Finance Leasing Co., Ltd., and from October 2002 10 to June 2008, he served as Chairman, Party Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director and Deputy Director of Chongqing Rural Credit Cooperative Association. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Liu held several positions in Chongqing Branch and Chongqing Business Management Department of China People's Bank from September 2002 1992 to September 2002 10/65438+,including director and deputy director of supervision department of cooperative financial institutions, director and deputy director of logistics service center and deputy director of administration department.
