The infrastructure construction in Meizi Township has developed rapidly. The Western Han Expressway runs through the township18km. The entrances and exits of Shiquan Expressway and Foping Expressway are located in Meizi Township, which has formed a certain geographical advantage and effectively promoted the economic development of the township. "You Mei" county and township roads run through the whole town, closely linking the counties. There are 9 village-level highways in the township, totaling about 55.2 kilometers. The power supply in Meizi Township is sufficient. 10KV high-voltage line runs through 25 villagers' groups in 6 villages in the township, and the low-voltage household rate reaches 99%. Television, fixed telephone and mobile communication network cover the whole town. Other rural infrastructure has developed rapidly. By 2007, there were more than 65,438+000 water cellars and 65,438+040 biogas digesters in the township.

Meizi Township is rich in water resources, and Wenshui River runs through the township. In 2007, the dam of Sanhekou Reservoir, a provincial key water conservancy project, was started in Wafang Village, Wenshui River. After the implementation of this project, Meizi Township will become its main flooded area and affected area. Six villages in the township 19 Group will be affected to varying degrees, and 789 people will be resettled. The Meizi section of You Mei Highway in the county and township will be flooded. Meizi Township is rich in Shi Ying, granite, mica and other mineral resources. In 2007, Meizi Township invested 2 million yuan to build two timely mines, Huanghou and Majiashan.
