Termination of immigration interview

Regarding your application for an immigrant visa, according to Article 203 of the Immigration and Nationality Law, if you fail to apply for an immigrant visa within the required one year, your immigration registration and all applications approved in your name will be terminated.

We informed you of this request on April 7, 20 12, but we haven't received any reply from you so far. Therefore, it is hereby notified that your visa application and all requests approved in your name have been terminated.

If within one year, you can prove that you didn't apply for an immigrant visa because of some irresistible reasons, your visa application can be resumed and those requests can take effect again.
