Why do people go to the moon and explore its various conditions?

The fundamental answer is people's thirst for knowledge. Human beings have a high degree of wisdom and self-awareness. They always want to know the unknown, and it has been proved that people's constant knowledge is an important factor for their survival and development. Man's exploration of the universe must be a major issue. Everything follows the law of birth, development and extinction. For the survival of mankind, we will do our best to continue civilization. As we all know, the earth is not our long-term home, so we must explore other environments or planets suitable for human habitation in the universe. Landing on the moon is a big step for human beings to explore the civilization of the universe, and it is indeed a small step for the whole universe. People will constantly sum up, explore and make progress. I personally think that landing on the moon is not driven by economic interests, but the need of human survival, development and progress, and it can also be said to be an inevitable product.
