(4) Strengthen the use of archives to provide social education services. (III) Receiving, collecting, sorting out and centrally and uniformly managing the important files of municipal party and government organs, mass organizations, municipal units and some enterprises and institutions, as well as files related to the historical development of Chongqing, and taking responsibility for the file safety of the municipal archives.

(ten) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government. According to the above responsibilities, Chongqing Archives Bureau (Chongqing Archives Bureau) has an internal organization 10:

(4) Policy and Regulation Department (Business Training Department).

Responsible for the legal construction of the city's archives; Drafting local laws and regulations on archival work in the whole city: responsible for the supervision and inspection of the implementation of archival laws and regulations in the whole city; Investigate and deal with illegal cases of archives according to law; Responsible for the propaganda of archives; Responsible for the city's archives professional education and archives cadre training.

(5) Archives collection and sorting department.

Receiving and collecting files kept by the Municipal Archives; To sort out and identify the files of the municipal archives.

(6) Archives management office.

Responsible for the standardized management and statistical work of municipal archives to ensure the safety of archives; Responsible for the reception and consultation of archives utilization, open archives to the public according to law, and provide convenience for citizens, legal persons or other organizations to obtain government information according to law; Manage and maintain the city's file directory system and improve the collection file retrieval system.

(7) Protection Technology Division.

Guide the management and protection of archives science and technology in the city, and organize the evaluation, appraisal and popularization and application of scientific research achievements; Manage the fire prevention, theft prevention, constant temperature and humidity system of the municipal archives; Disinfect, prevent insects, and prevent mildew on the archives entering the library and the archives in the collection; Repair damaged documents and faded documents.

(8) Archives editing and research room.

Responsible for the compilation, research and compilation of archival historical materials; Publishing, distributing and distributing archival historical materials in accordance with relevant regulations; Compilation of archival yearbook; Undertaking archives exhibition; Responsible for editing library journal.

(9) Archives Information Technology Department (Electronic Archives Management Center).

Organize the formulation of the city's archives informatization construction plan and related standards and organize their implementation; Responsible for guiding the city's archives informatization work and promoting the corresponding standards and norms; Responsible for supervising and guiding the management of electronic documents and archives of state organs and social organizations in the city; Responsible for the miniaturization and digitization of archival information resources, and establish and maintain the archival information network of the whole city; Responsible for computer hardware management, software development, network technology application, network system maintenance and information network security.

(ten) personnel department (office of retirees).

To undertake the work of personnel, organization and team building of the cadres of the bureau (museum); Responsible for the management of retirees.

The Party Committee of the organ is responsible for the party-mass work of the bureau (museum) organ. Chongqing Archives Bureau (Chongqing Archives Bureau) compiled 108, in which 15 is an administrative organization and 93 is a fully funded enterprise. Among them, the director of the bureau (office) 1 person, the director of the deputy bureau (office) 3 people, and the director of the department 23 people (including the full-time deputy secretary of the party Committee of the government agency 1 person).
