How to apply for a work visa

The process of applying for a work visa is as follows: bring my ID card, passport certificate, recent photo within three months, a complete application form filled in English, employment permit, work invitation letter and other related materials to the consulate; Approval and filing by the competent department; Pay the visa fee and get the visa.

6. After going to the competent department of the country to conduct the necessary audit, notify the embassy or consulate in the country of the examination and approval opinions. If you agree, a visa will be issued. If you refuse, you will also inform the applicant.

7. Pay the visa fee. Generally speaking, when submitting a visa application, you must pay the fee first. In some countries, the fee is charged only after the visa application is successful. Generally speaking, immigrant visa fees are slightly higher and non-immigrant visa fees are slightly lower. There are also some countries and regions that are visa-free.

Specific procedures for foreigners' employment certificates and foreigners' employment certificates:

1. Before the employer intends to hire foreigners to work in China, it shall apply for a foreigner employment permit.

2. The employing unit that employs foreigners shall hold a foreigner employment certificate issued by the administrative department of labor security;

3. Foreigners who are allowed to work in China shall apply for professional visas from China embassies and consulates abroad with the license issued by the labor department.

4. The employing unit shall, within 15 days after the entry of a foreigner who has obtained a professional visa, go to the Labor and Social Security Bureau to apply for a foreigner's employment permit with relevant materials.

5. Foreigners who apply for employment permit shall apply to the public security department for residence permit with employment permit within 30 days after entry.
