You can choose to colonize the green and yellow ones, you can also colonize the red teeth, but not the gray ones at all. Green corresponds to more than 80, yellow corresponds to more than 60, and red corresponds to more than 20. This habitability determines the upper limit of your people's happiness on the planet. Technology and traits (racial traits) can unconditionally improve this.

For the colonization process, first select the colony ship, right-click the star you want to colonize, and click the second colon option.
